Returns

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

  • Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please consider these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account for the refund.

  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can sometimes delay the refund.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost will be deducted from your refund if one is issued.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive could vary.

For Returns Over $100

For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking or insurance.
