At Sign Portal, we strive to deliver your custom signage orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed and the design is approved, we typically process and ship your order within 7 days however this can vary on the size and requirements of the order.. Shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and delivery location.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to review your shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.
Standard Shipping
We use trusted carriers, including TNT, FEDEX, Startrack (Australia Post) and Aramex to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your products. Standard shipping times typically range from 1 day to 10 business days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your signage sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Please contact us directly to inquire about available faster shipping options, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for your needs.
