Product Details: ACM is made by bonding an aluminium skin to a 3mm polyurethane core, creating a strong yet cost-effective material ideal for modern signage applications. These signs are durable, weather-resistant, and can be produced in various custom shapes.
Custom Printing Options: ACM signs can be directly printed using digital methods or paired with a digitally printed reflective vinyl sticker, which can be laminated for extra protection.
Optional Anti-Graffiti Laminate: For added protection against graffiti, chemicals, and UV damage, an anti-graffiti laminate can be applied, extending the life of your signage

What sizes are available?
We can produce ACM signs in any size, from 150mm x 150mm to 2.4 metres x 1.2 metres.
Can you produce custom shapes?
Yes, we can cut ACM signs into any shape you require. The only limitation is for internal corners, which must have a minimum radius of 2mm.
How long will my ACM sign last?
Our ACM signs are printed directly and then laminated for extra protection. They typically last up to 5 years before any ink discolouration occurs. We also offer an anti-graffiti laminate option, which extends the durability as well.
What does lamination do?
Lamination is a clear vinyl overlay applied to the sign that protects the digital print from abrasion, chemicals, and airborne particles. It also provides additional UV protection. Anti-graffiti laminate is a high-gloss polyester overlaminate that shields your sign from graffiti, paint, and UV damage.
Are ACM signs easy to install?
Although we do not offer installation services, ACM signs are easy to install. They can be easily cut and drilled, and instructional videos are readily available online.
What standards do reflective signs need to meet in Australia?
Reflective stickers of all classes must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1906.1:2017 (previously AS/NZS 1906.1:2007).
Do reflective stickers have visible lines?
Engineering-grade class 100 reflective stickers have no visible lines. Premium prismatic reflective class 1100 may show lines due to the prismatic structure designed for maximum reflectivity.
Are ACM signs fire-rated?
Please note: Recent changes to the National Construction Code regarding flammable materials on building walls may affect the use of ACM signage. We recommend seeking independent legal advice to ensure compliance before installing any materials on your building.
