We also offer custom cutting on a variety of other materials and can create custom designs tailored to your unique needs. If you have specific requirements, feel free to contact us for more information — we’d love to help bring your vision to life!

TIP: We recommend using masking tape or similar to secure stencils in place, keep them aligned, and create an additional bleed area to prevent overspray.

Please Note:
The nominated stencil height is measured from the baseline to the ascender of the font used as pictured, the actual height of certain characters may vary slightly. This baseline method ensures accuracy and consistency when aligning uppercase and lowercase stencils. Please be aware that some letters (e.g., "g") may extend below this baseline. To help prevent over-spray, a bleed area is provided on the stencil. Additionally, the full dimensions of the stencil, including the bleed area, are displayed for your reference.

Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight of your order and the method of shipment.

FAQ

Why Choose a Laser Cutting over Router Cutting?
  • Laser Cutting: Superior precision, ideal for intricate and detailed stencil designs. The laser creates sharp, clean lines with minimal material distortion.

  • Router Cutting: Less precise due to the physical size of the cutting bit, which limits fine details and sharp corners.
What is Polypropylene?

Polypropylene (PP) is a lightweight, durable, and versatile thermoplastic polymer commonly used in a wide range of applications, including packaging, textiles, automotive parts, and stencils.

Is polypropylene safe for the environment?

Polypropylene is recyclable, making it a more sustainable option compared to single-use plastics. Proper recycling facilities ensure that it is repurposed into new products.

What are the differences between 0.2mm and 1.4mm polypropylene?

0.2mm Polypropylene:

  • Thin, lightweight, and highly flexible.
  • Ideal for stencils with intricate designs that need to conform to curved or uneven surfaces.
  • Best for one-time or occasional use due to its lower durability.

1.4mm Polypropylene:

  • Thick, sturdy, and more rigid.
  • Suitable for heavy-duty or repeated use on flat surfaces.
  • Less flexible, making it harder to use on curved surfaces but highly durable.
Which Thickness to choose?

Choose 0.2mm if:

  • You need a lightweight stencil for detailed work.
  • You’re working on curved or irregular surfaces.
  • The stencil will only be used a few times.

Choose 1.4mm if:

  • You need a durable, reusable stencil.
  • Your surface is flat and stable.
  • The stencil will be exposed to frequent handling or cleaning.
